Our Order Process and Product Availability
After you have made your selection, please proceed to check out and make payment for the item.
On the payment site, your order and agreement to purchase will be processed upon the submission of your payment details electronically. This constitutes an authorization and confirmation by you to enter into a binding contract with Nanyangjade.com.sg, and for us to proceed with your order.
Nanyangjade.com.sg will email you to confirm the receipt of your order. We will then check for the availability of the item. Once its availability has been verified, we will process your order and your payment. We will inform you of the order confirmation and the delivery details.
If the item is not available, we will inform you that your order has not been accepted due to the unavailability of the item, and will be nullified with full refund. We will offer you options for a similar or alternative piece. This will constitute a new and separate order process, requiring a new authorization for payment.
All orders are on a “first-come, first-serve” basis and subject to acceptance and availability.
Nanyangjade.com.sg reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept an order.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders made on the website will be processed on the next business day after full payment is received, except for weekend and the respective processing country’s public holidays.
We offer free Local(Singapore) shipping for online purchase, delivery time is expecting 3-5 business days depending on our local shipping partners.

It might need a longer time to process your order if you require a certificate of the purchased product from local gemological laboratory. please contact us for more details.
Local Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, or to refuse accept the delivery at his/her own reason, our company will not be responsible to re-send the products.

Therefore, it is possible for your selection to be sold, and hence not available, before the website could be updated to reflect the item’s availability.
